We can also access more specialised legal advice on your behalf, but please note the following conditions should this be required:
The Four Week Rule: The member must have been in membership of the union for at least 4 weeks prior to the incident or occurrence leading to seeking legal assistance from the union.
The member must not be in arrears of contribution.
