About Us

UNISON is the country's largest trade union with over 1.3 million members. We represent full time and part time staff who provide public services, although they can be employed in the public or the private sectors. The organisation works nationally, regionally and locally.  

Unison Worcestershire represents workers in public services, schools and care homes within Worcestershire.  The Branch has over 6,000 members across 300 different employers.  We have a local Branch Office in Worcester City Centre which is staffed by a small team of Case Workers and Administrators.  

We have a large band of Unison Representatives who support our members out in their workplaces with the issues they experience.  Our Representatives are fully trained to support and assist members.

Our priorities are to provide help and support to our members and to build stronger, more organised workplaces.
